These Terms govern the conditions of use of the "Gomoku" app (hereinafter the "Service"). By installing or using the app, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

1. Service Provision The basic features of the Service are provided free of charge, and the developer may add, modify, or discontinue features without prior notice. Some additional features may be offered for a fee or include advertising in the future.

2. User Obligations Users must comply with applicable laws and these Terms. The following actions are prohibited:

• Accessing or manipulating the app by unauthorized or abnormal means
• Accessing the Service or extracting data using automated tools (emulators, bots, crawlers, etc.)
• Reverse engineering (decompiling, etc.), unauthorized reproduction, or distribution of the app

1. Restrictions on Use If a user violates these Terms or applicable laws, the developer may restrict or discontinue that user's access to the Service without prior notice or with subsequent notice.

2. Intellectual Property All rights to the app's source code, design, images, sounds, and all other components belong to the developer. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, and reverse engineering are prohibited.

3. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

• The Service is provided "as-is," and the developer makes no express or implied warranties.
• The AI match engine computation and rendering features of the Service may consume significant device hardware resources. The developer is not responsible for rapid battery depletion, device overheating, or temporary device performance degradation resulting from this.
• All settings, match history, and analysis data are stored locally on the user's device. The developer is not responsible and has no obligation to restore any local data lost due to device replacement, loss, app uninstallation, or system resets.
• The Service may be suspended temporarily or permanently due to technical issues or legal requirements, and the developer is not liable for any direct or indirect damages to the extent permitted by law.
• The developer is not liable for data loss, service unavailability, app errors, or other damages to the extent permitted by law.

1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and any disputes arising in connection with this Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.

2. Changes to Terms These Terms may be updated due to the addition of new features, introduction of advertising or paid features, or changes in law. Significant changes will be announced within the app. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
